In a medium pot, fill 3/4 the way will water and bring to a boil
When boiling, add chicken and let boil for 10 minutes. Timing depends on how thick the chicken is. Make sure to keep checking until all the pink is gone
Using 2 forks and shred chicken
Add to bowl with 8 oz of cream cheese block
Microwave for 45 seconds and mix
Add buffalo wing sauce and mix
Chop green onions, add and mix
Lay out tortilla and spread mixture on one side with fork, making sure it is even throughout
Roll up tortilla
Wrap with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and place in fridge for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, unwrap, and slice into 1" sections
Serve
