Hawaiian Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz Polska Kielbasa (polish sausage)
  • 30 pcs Cocktail Shrimp defrosted
  • 30 Fresh Mozzarella Balls
  • 5 oz Pineapple I bought precut, but could slice whole pineapple
  • 15 Medium Sized Skewers (8")

Instructions
 

  • The day before, place shrimp into refrigerator to defrost
  • Day of, slice polish sausage into 1/4" thick slices
  • If using a whole pineapple, slice into small triangles about 1/4" thick
  • Lay out ingredients on counter
  • Build skewer by going down the line of ingredients until entire skewer is filled. You may need to go back to the beginning and continue to add.
  • Keep cold and serve immediately!
