Mayura Organic Tikka Masala Sauce (2 jars)

Black Rice, dried
Instructions
Using a large frying pan, heat up olive oil
Add diced onion and minced garlic
Let simmer for a few minutes until starting to brown
Add Chickpeas, drained
Add carrots and allow everything to simmer for 3 minutes
During this time, I start to make the rice and follow the instructions on the package
Add both jars of the Tikka Masala Sauce
Let simmer for 8 minutes.
